いつもitochiをご利用いただきありがとうございます。昨今の情報漏えいに関する報道を受け、当店の決済と個人情報の取り扱いについてご案内いたします。
⚫︎クレジットカード情報について
当店の決済は、Shopifyの決済システムを通じて安全に処理されています。クレジットカード番号が当店に渡ることや、当店で保存されることはございませんので、安心してご利用ください。
⚫︎現金でのお支払いについて
東京店・一宮店、および各地で開催するPOPUP SHOPでは、現金でのお支払いにも対応しています。オンラインでのカード利用に不安のある方は、実店舗でのお買い物もご検討ください。
⚫︎お預かりする情報について
ご注文の処理、商品の発送、お問い合わせへの対応に必要な情報のみをお預かりし、それ以外の目的に利用することはございません。
⚫︎当店のオンラインストアとアカウントについて
当店のオンラインストアは、世界中の店舗に利用されているECプラットフォーム「Shopify」で運営しています。そのため、ログインはShopifyの方式に沿って、メールで届くワンタイムコードによるパスワード不要の形を採用しています。
さらに、Shopifyが提供するお買い物用アカウント「Shopアカウント」を作成いただくと、パスキーを登録して、より安全にログインいただくことも可能です。
⚫︎Shopアカウントの作り方
Shopアカウントは、次のいずれかの方法で作成できます。
1. お買い物の決済時に作成する
決済方法でShop Payを選ぶと、画面の案内に沿ってそのまま登録できます。
2. Shopアプリから作成する
「Shop」アプリ（無料）をダウンロードし、メールアドレスで登録します。
アカウント作成後、Shopアプリの設定からパスキーを登録すると、次回からパスキーでログインできます。

Thank you for shopping with itochi. In light of recent news reports about data breaches, we would like to explain how payments and personal information are handled at our store.
⚫︎ Credit card information
Payments at our store are processed securely through Shopify's payment system. Your credit card number is never passed to us and is never stored by us, so you can shop with confidence.
⚫︎ Paying in cash
Cash payments are accepted at our Tokyo store, our Ichinomiya store, and our POPUP SHOPs held in various locations. If you have concerns about using a card online, please consider visiting us in person.
⚫︎ Information we keep
We only keep the information needed to process your order, ship your items, and respond to your inquiries, and we do not use it for any other purpose.
⚫︎ Our online store and your account
Our online store runs on Shopify, an e-commerce platform used by stores around the world. Following Shopify's system, signing in is password-free: a one-time code is sent to your email address.
You can also create a "Shop account," the shopping account provided by Shopify, and register a passkey for an even more secure sign-in.
⚫︎ How to create a Shop account
You can create a Shop account in either of the following ways:
1. During checkout
Select Shop Pay as your payment method, and follow the on-screen instructions to register.
2. Through the Shop app
Download the free "Shop" app and register with your email address.
After creating your account, register a passkey in the Shop app's settings, and you will be able to sign in with your passkey from then on.
